- Yes. Miami-Dade and Broward counties fall inside Florida’s High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ), which carries the strictest wind and wind-borne-debris requirements in the Florida Building Code. A monolithic SCIP concrete-and-steel shell is built for exactly these conditions.
- Do you help with hurricane rebuilds on the Gulf Coast?
- Yes. Lee and Charlotte counties — including Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte — were heavily impacted by Hurricane Ian. We rebuild with elevated, storm-hardened SCIP construction engineered so it does not have to be rebuilt again.
